Serves 4 to 6
- 1 lb. fusilli
- 1 24 oz. jar Monte Bene Vodka pasta sauce
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into ½" strips and sautéed until fully cooked
- 10-12 cherry tomatoes, halfed
- Basil leaves, chopped
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Cook pasta al dente, drain, and set aside. Heat 1/2 cup of Monte Bene Vodka pasta sauce and mix with fusilli to prevent pasta from sticking. In a large sauce pan, heat remaining pasta sauce and fully-cooked chicken on low heat to a simmer. Allow to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Plate pasta and top evenly with sauce mixture. Toss with sliced tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese and basil, then serve.
