Spicy Shrimp Linguini |

Ingredients:
- 1 - 24 oz. jar of Monte Bene™ Spicy Marinara pasta sauce
- 1 lb of Jumbo Shrimp or 24 shrimp (cleaned and deveined). Ask for a (U15) size shrimp
- 1 lb linguini
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Directions:
- Cook pasta al dente (8-10 minutes), then drain
- In a 10-12" sautee pan, heat oil on medium heat.
- Add shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes
- Add wine and cook on medium heat for another 2 minutes
- Add Monte Bene™ Spicy Marinara pasta sauce and butter.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer on medium heat. Stir constantly and simmer for 2 minutes and serve.
