Spicy Shrimp Linguini
         


 
Ingredients:

  • 1 - 24 oz. jar of Monte Bene™ Spicy Marinara pasta sauce

  • 1 lb of Jumbo Shrimp or 24 shrimp (cleaned and deveined). Ask for a (U15) size shrimp

  • 1 lb linguini

  • ¼ cup vegetable oil

  • ½ cup white wine

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter


Directions:

  • Cook pasta al dente (8-10 minutes), then drain
  • In a 10-12" sautee pan, heat oil on medium heat.
  • Add shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes
  • Add wine and cook on medium heat for another 2 minutes
  • Add Monte Bene™ Spicy Marinara pasta sauce and butter.
  • Bring the sauce to a simmer on medium heat. Stir constantly and simmer for 2 minutes and serve.
