Spaghetti Bolognese |

Ingredients:
- 1 - 24 oz. jar of Monte Bene™ Garlic Marinara pasta sauce
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- 2 tbs of unsalted butter
- 1 tsp salt
Directions:
- Cook pasta al dente (8-10 minutes), then drain
- In a 10-12" deep skillet, cook the ground beef on medium-high until cooked thoroughly.
- Be sure to stir to get meat granulated and cooked through.
- Drain excess fat and sprinkle with salt. Stir meat to mix with the salt.
- Add Monte Bene™ Garlic Marinara pasta sauce and butter.
- Bring to a simmer on medium heat. Stir constantly to get the butter well mixed in, approximately 2 minutes.
- Take ½ cup of sauce and mix with the spaghetti so that it does not stick
- Simmer meat and sauce for an additional 2 minutes
- Plate pasta and top evenly with sauce. Sprinkle with Pecorino Romano and serve.
